A Nice Way to Celebrate Autumn



 
 
 
It's autumn again, and one nice way to celebrate the season is by listening to the song "Autumn Leaves."  Many artists have recorded it, including Tony Award-winning actor-singer Leslie Odom Jr, who, after leaving the Broadway play Hamilton earlier this year, started his solo singing career with his self-titled debut album.

Many people who love the song "Autumn Leaves" enjoy listening to it by their favorite instrumentalist or vocalist only.  Some like hearing it by various musicians, such as Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Leslie Odom Jr, and other jazz and pop artists.

"Autumn Leaves" is a timeless favorite, and I've enjoyed hearing recordings of it by the above-mentioned artists and others, including Nat King Cole, who's featured in the video below.
